Tiger Estates is proud to announce the acquisition of the well-established Broomheads Estate Agents, merging two respected lettings and property management specialists to deliver an enhanced service to landlords and tenants across the Fylde Coast.
This strategic acquisition unites the experience and expertise of both firms, providing a seamless transition of all tenancy agreements, records, and management services under the Tiger Property Estates & Management Ltd umbrella, effective from 1st July 2025.
Following the acquisition, Tiger now manages approximately 2,000 tenancies across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St. Annes, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Over Wyre, Kirkham, Preston and the wider Lancashire region — cementing its position as one of the leading property management companies in the North West.
