After studying Human Geography at the University of Hull and Surveying at the College of Estate Management, Craig joined a regional Commercial Property Consultants before creating Tiger Sales & Lettings in 2008. Primarily a property services company for Landlords and Tenants throughout the Fylde Coast, the company progressed into traditional Estate Agency, offering all property services including sales, lettings, investments and property maintenance across Lancashire. With a dedication to internal training and promotion from within the company, Craig champions the regulation and full qualification of Estate & Letting agents, a sector which has very little need for qualification or regulation. A leading voice within the property industry, Craig is a member of the Parliamentary Review providing insight to the Government on all aspects of the property industry and a member of Propertymark and a regular attendee at conferences and courses across the country. In his spare time, Craig enjoys holidays with his young family, playing football and a Friday night beer!
Chris joined Tiger Sales & Lettings in December 2015 as a marketing advisor and has since worked his way up to the role of Sales Manager. Chris plays a vital role within the company managing a team of ten Sales Negotiators and four local property consultants. Nothing can phase Chris having delivered one of his four young children – a cool and calm head must have been needed – as well as being a past winner of Mr England!
Jacob has been part of the Tiger Sales & Lettings team since 2017 and has worked in every customer facing role at Tiger Sales & Lettings. Jacob has a good understanding of the local property market having worked on numerous sales & lettings throughout all of the areas where we operate and is now one of our outstanding local property consultants, leading our Blackpool and North Fylde sales teams. Fortunately, Jacob plays a lot of football which helps burn off his excessive eating habits – he’s an Arsenal fan but we do not hold this against him.
Simon joined the company in 2019 after working for some of the regions top Estate Agency brands and has a wealth of experience in the industry second to none. Simon possesses sound knowledge of marketing and the housing market throughout the entire Preston area, which helps offer our clients across Preston and Kirkham knowledge and experience they will struggle to find elsewhere. In his spare time, Simon enjoys playing Basketball and trying to play Golf – his favourite film is White Men Can’t Jump and on a weekend you will find him indulging with a beer and spicy curry.
